Raffle Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The raffle is open to participants who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Financity, their immediate family members, and affiliates are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter: For every dollar you pledge and every time you mention @Financity in a Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Twitter comment, post, or share, you automatically receive one ticket entry. There is no limit to the number of entries you can earn.

Raffle Period: The raffle begins on August 16, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM (local time) on October 16th. All entries must be received within this time frame to be eligible.

Drawing: One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the raffle period. The drawing will take place on October 1st.

Notification of Winner: The winner will be notified via the social media platform through which they earned their winning entry within 7 days of the drawing. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, another winner will be selected.

Prize: The winner will receive one (1) Oculus Quest 3. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

Publicity: By participating, the winner agrees to allow Financity to use their name and likeness in promotional materials without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Data Privacy: Any personal data provided will be used solely for the purposes of the raffle and will not be shared with third parties.

Disqualification: Financity reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the raffle or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability: Financity is not responsible for any technical failures, nor is Financity liable for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the raffle.

General Conditions: Financity reserves the right to cancel or modify the raffle if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the raffle.

Governing Law: The raffle is governed by the laws of Florida, USA, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Palm Beach County, FL, USA.

By entering the raffle, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Financity, which are final and binding.
